Actually, Old Candy and the Rat really had a humming sound when they're at the doorway, however, it only works on original version of FNaC, on Remastered it was removed. So the wiki didn't lied on that, it's just an outdated info.

The problem you came across is because all of the information on the wiki was made for the original version of the game. In the remastered, the humming sound and the blue tint in the darkness were both removed since they served little purpose in a normal run.

I can just imagine Blank fumbling around and trying to fit through the front window for like 40 seconds until he finally gives up and it goes 6AM

The whole “Blank just not attacking thing” actually happened to me on 7/20 mode as well, except he broke my window at like 4am, so I was just sitting in the darkness for over 2 minutes before I won. It has to be some kind of bug, perhaps exclusive to the custom night? Idk.

The fact that blank literally spent the entire night smashing your metal window cover, then busted your glass only to get bored and leave you in the dark is crazy.

For Old Candy, the hint of blue tip only applies in the original version. Remastered got rid of it. In the original you could see a few pixels of blue near the edge of the door when he was there

At the 42 minute mark, I suspect Blank and another animatronic had their attack stage go at the same time, and lead to a conflict in the AI. It's fascinating to watch the game break itself.

What I love about this dude is the dichotomy between his narrator voice and his gameplay voice

I'd like to imagine that in that 7/20 attempt Blank broke through the window and fought off everyone trying to get at you as some sort of act of redemption for making the challenge difficult

That blank glitch is pretty easy to get, actually. It's how I beat the game normally. At 5am, if he smasha the window, it's just a free win

I love how rat is a nightmare to deal with because it wants the player dead Canonically because you are specifically hated for something you accidentally caused

actually in the original game, if old Cat is at your door you hear a quiet eerie metallic whistle after like 5-10 seconds when he stands on our door, basically telling us "yo dude this is your last chance to close the door I'm warning you"
