Loop hole -> He becomes speaker of the house and the President and Vice-President resign.

Harry Truman was allowed to run for a third term because he was grandfathered in. It just happened that he didn't choose to seek a third term.

No. The qualifications for VP are that the person has to qualify to be president. He does not qualify to be president again.

Steve Bannon logic:
Mom: I told you you can't have any cookies before dinner.
Child: But you didn't say I couldn't have any chocolate chip cookies, though.

If Trump were elected as Speaker of The House, he would be 3rd in line of "succession"

No, it doesn't say there's 10 year limit. If you aren't elected, you can be a president forever if someone resigns each 4 years.

The fact is, Trump will be 82 when he finishes his 2nd term. He's not running again, even if he could.

No, once he's not eligible to run for President, he's not eligible to run for Vice-President.

What about Obama's third term the past 4 years?

Not that, but he could hypothetically become speaker of the house and then president if both stepped down but he’s already admitted Vance and Rubio are the best ticket for 28

MAGA, while behind our president now, will not support a 3rd term. Despite what the establishment wants you to believe, we are actually about law, order and what is proper, and it would be improper for him to serve another term; it will be time for him to step aside and pass the torch.

As a Trump supporter myself, I don’t want him to serve a third term. As much as I think he’s good for the country, the 22nd Amendment exists for a reason.

Anybody who actually wants this to happen should leave and go to a country run by a monarchy. This is a democracy.

It's not an "absolute maximum of 10 years" though. "Elected twice" OR "serve 2 years and be elected once". Still a max of 8. The second possibility only allows for 6 years.
