This game is almost 13 years old, but the Morgue and Sewer chapters still give me goosebumbs to this day. Sometimes even the Brute manages to scare the living crap out of me

You wanna hear something funny? The guy who made the game came out and admitted what we all suspected. The sanity meter is BS. It does nothing, it just makes your vision a bit blurry. It's there to make the player freak themselves out.

The atmosphere in Amnesia: TDD hasn't been matched by any horror game I've played since. The fountain part unironically gave me chills. At first you think it's a safe space but then it's ripped right out from under you. The whole game was amazing, it really felt like you were running for your life when you had to hide. I still remember hiding in that kitchen on top of some shelves, I had no idea if the bro could reach me up there but there was nothing else you can do but wait.

Ive very recently discovered this channel and i love the content. Thank you for not being an over-the-top super hype screaming psycho like the majority of the rest of the stuff on here.

Man, i played this game again recently and does it hold up. My hands were literally shaking from the stress, i'm usually not easily scared nowadays but this game was truly terrifying, it builds it's tension so well, that jumpscare i knew it's going to happen, got me. I don't think any game will top this anytime soon, some VR game might but we will see.
