I love the way Gold almost bumbles through the entire game, it reminds of playing Pokemon games as a little kid and you go in with no knowledge or planning and sorta of brute force your way through

Love that each character is limited to 4 colors, such a nice touch

6 minutes in and there is so much story telling without a single line being voice acted. I've never felt so engaged with a piece of art before. Everyone feels super expressive! Thank you for making this!

I like how Gold is a lot nicer than Red ever was. He seems to actually care about his Pokemon.

Absolutely floored with how expressive and well-made this animation is. From the goofy expressions to the unique acting quirks each character has (like Gold licking his lips constantly), this is so amazingly done. Great work to the team!

I love how the colors of each character is accurate to how they actually look in the game. Nice touch

The custom in-game sprites are the cherry on top man. I know those are difficult to do, especially with complicated designs, yet they look great

Ok, the bike being a mobility scooter is genius. I really love that this series so far does not pull its punches with jokes or softens them up to be more "palatable" instead seeming like jokes you enjoyed making. Telling a story without dialogue is not easy but you also nailed it, does help that I played Gold before. Hoppips face gives me Krupp vibes (Captain Underpants). Absolutely take as much time with these animations as desired for the best quality and humor possible.

A lot of fucked up stuff happens to a lot of random characters in this, but I think those scenes shine a bit more because of it. I haven't seen a pokemon animation this unique or enjoyable in a long time (probably since Golder not that I'm comparing). This really stands out both animation-wise, and comedically. Edit: please let hoppip and ditto get their comeuppance

Did you know there is proof that Gold is a much cooler guy than Red? It's really quite simple.. Red wears his hat forwards while Gold wears his backwards. Think we know who is the king of 1990's fashion

My 11 yo daughter is an aspiring animator, we watched this together and it's really inspired her. She's been actively rewatching this to learn! Excellent job
