The CIA analyst who tracking him down deserves 70% of the credit. Huge courage and conviction. So many lives rode on her intellect.

I came to this video after watching documentaries and interviews of survivors from 9/11. My heart can’t comprehend how much hatred people could feel to act on it and cause so much devastation and death. I was 11 when I experienced what happened on 9/11. I lived in small town in NJ. We got sent home from school around 9am. I sat in front of my grandparents tv watching everything happening live. I’ll be 33 this year. I’ve relived that day again and again every single year since.

Imagine the person who served this guy at Taco Bell and had absolutely no clue that the customer just killed Osama Bin Laden halfway around the world 🌎 … uff, goosebumps!!! Goes without saying that you just have no idea who could be right in front of you. Stay humble and very respectful, always.

Participating in a mission like this takes enormous cajones. They entered a house of the most wanted fugitive in the world not knowing what they'd find. Mission accomplished and no one seriously harmed. Amazing job.

Here I am, an old Englishman who has met several SAS troopers and befriended one of them…. From everything Mark Owen says and the way that he says it, I am totally convinced this man is 100% genuine and honest regarding his involvement in Neptune Spear. .. Lads and Lasses of the SAS …and American Seal teams are simply the best of the best. We owe to them that we all stand tall in respect of their service to our country’s…To quote a lyric…. Tougher than all the rest…. Nothing more I need to say, other than my utter and total respects to all you guys and gals. ❤️

“100% he’s there.” Must have been awesome to hear that. One of my favorite lines from Zero Dark Thirty as well.

Full respect to Vik for being open about his Chrons. My partner, who’s almost 40, has it and it’s not easy. It was refreshing to see Vik talk about it - gives the younger generations a greater idea about chronic conditions, especially when they hear it from someone they look up to.

This story never gets old...Keeping a good thought for all involved, those who currently serve, and those that have served. Each and every one of you help me sleep more comfortably through the night. Merry Christmas everybody.

My dad’s best friend and former SEAL teammate was the “time guy” on the mission. He was the most senior NCO (non-commissioned officer) and had been in the teams for 25 years at that time. He called my dad from their base in Afghanistan right after President Obama’s address. I will never, ever forget sitting on the couch when my dad got that phone call.
