I have played Jedi Fallen Order but I never got around to Jedi Survivor due to so many people talking about it's poor performance on many PCs and cons...

34:43 Bode was originally just fine with Cal and the Mantis crew coming along. His objection is the Hidden Path. Not because there's not enough space or anything, but because that would mean Tanalorr has a constant influx of high priority fugitives, drastically increasing the probability of the Empire finding them. Plus, Bode knows how easy it is to infiltrate the Hidden Path because he's been doing it for the entire game. While I kinda get the misunderstanding, I feel like more people should understand this. I mean Bode literally says "Tanalorr was a way out for both our families. But you were gonna give it to the Hidden Path. A bunch of strangers." Strangers meaning "people we can't trust." As for Bode's actions at the end, this is perfectly consistent with how the Dark Side has been portrayed in other media. The moment Cal and Merrin show up there Bode is terrified. This place he thought was perfectly safe has been infiltrated, and this fear twists him just as it did Anakin. Think of Anakin choking Padme in a moment of rage. Bode is desperate to keep this sanctuary secure, because after years of working with the Empire he knows what will happen if he and Kata are found, and he now knows they can be found. Thus, he makes the connection that if he kills them, no one else will know how to find them. He's not being reasonable because that's exactly what the dark side does. Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering. Bode's behavior towards the end of the game is the epitome of the effect of unchecked fear in a force user. It's what Cal is so worried about falling into, and why Bode is such a great villain. Hope this clears up your issues with the ending and lets you enjoy it more

So the way you're supposed to defeat ninth sister is by parrying. Any attack you parry while she's in her "focus mode" will open her up for attack. When she pulls you in it's supposed to encourage you to parry instead of dodging away

by the way, after finishing the story, you can continue and find force echoes of Bodes perspective through the game

Dagan and Santari are from the High republic. Its a new era which was expanded particularly in books. Love that they referenced it in this game.

Oh man, play Jedi Survivor. God, I wish. I can run the game all right, I did for 3 hours, but the game decided to say fuck me and now when I press play Steam claims that it's gonna run but then it just... Doesn't.

I first played this game back in December on the PS5 after a black Friday discount and it was my first game after I've just finished Spider-Man 2 and I loved everything about it
One of the best games I ever played hands down (only had some performance issues especially one time since a certain area full of enemies from side content)
I'm obsessed with watching videos about it and after 1:11 this one seems pretty funny so imma give it a shot :)

I really, really HATED the fact, that you can't convince Bode to join you...
Teach his Daughter the way of the Jedi in the Temple. Let him be one of the Masters there, even though he's using the dark side (red saber) he still did it for her, not for his personal gain!
I really felt sorry for him and wanted to save him. And up until the very last strike I was hoping, that there would be a quicktime with "have mercy / kill Bode" but no.....
Overall I played on nVidea GeForce Now, so I had 0 Performance Issues on my 2012 Notebook 😀

it's not artificial mate, the conflict is there, becuase if you use it as a base to fight the empire from, the empire will then tirelessly work to find a way in, and eventually that sanctuary won't be a safe haven anymore

Very cool! Seems like they are keeping the Jedi Outcast/Jedi Academy gameplay going strong. I might have to play at some point.

The hub town on Koboh runs horribly, and that’s one of the most important areas, making the constant frame drops very frustrating. Runs great everywhere else though.
