old lego is such a vibe, cause it looks, so "old." lol. especially the colour scheme. it reminds me of old Minecraft, you know you're looking at old lego sets just like you know you're looking at old Minecraft and you can compare them. you might like some aspects of the old things, but overall you can see improvement in things when you do.

The price is probably due to a misunderstanding. Someone at LEGO said fifteen and it got mixed up with fifty. That would explain the ridiculous price.

Big fan of the new set, it's just a shame that it's so expensive. That said, I love how this theme gets so many specialized molds for its creatures! Never thought we'd get a grindylow back in that second task set, and getting actual molded mandrakes here is a welcome surprise too. Great video as always Cheesey!

I love how the injection point for the mandrake is where a belly button would be.

That's not a cactus! That's Neville's Mimbulus from the movie! Pah. Everyone so focused on the invisible Thestrals and Luna, no one pays attention to my man Neville

Thanks for the great video!
I think the "Olive Green Column of Bubbles" 5533 is a "Mimbulus mimbletonia"

I wish that the most recent Professor Sprout had a printed dress piece instead of plain dark tan legs, especially for a set that costs $50. They could have used the budget to make the Professor Sprout minifigure more detailed than the 2020 version from the second Harry Potter CMF series to the point of giving her printed arms like they did with Dumbledore, Snape, and McGonagall last year in 2024.

The greenhouse was a nice inclusion in the Astronomy Tower set. However, the new greenhouse looks much cooler. I'm always on the hunt for good LEGO deals, so I'll keep a look out to see if this set goes on sale for a good deal.

Finding and trading for the original professor Sprout (sans dress piece) was possibly my best Legoland find ever!

I remember when I got the astronomy tower and thinking this greenhouse is depressing….. and it still stands for me and I still think the greenhouse is depressing. (*I got mine from like a garage sale and the person didn’t even open it*)

The potion bubble effect piece is Neville's Mimbulus Mimbletonia from Order of the Phoenix. It's actually insanely accurate for a recolour.

I would like to see a large (main piece) greenhouse that could open up into almost a jungle of plants, I don't think Lego has done that yet.

I love the new mandrake mold! I hope it can be reused in the future.
