The level of detail in raising Wagyu cattle is truly astounding. The attention they receive is unmatched, given the quality of the beef they produce. The artistry of the butchers stood out, they seem to have a deep reverence for the meat they handle.

I love how respectful and nice the contestants were after Nick won the Auction. I bet in most auctions in the world that would've been different.

ニックの日本についての動画は日本人の私でも知らないことを届けてくれるのでとても楽しんで視聴しています。
I really enjoy watching Nick's videos about Japan because he teaches me things that even I, as a Japanese person, don't know.

10:50 it broke my heart to see the flatiron cut be sliced up like that. Heart breaking. Such a beautiful piece of meat. Normally this cut is quite lean, though extremely tender, quite close to that of a tenderloin. But it has the flavour of a sirloin…beefy and delicious because it gets more use in the cow and this has more blood flow. I think it’s among the best cuts on a cow. IMHO.

I am so comforted to know that all auctioneers talk like that. No matter the language.

Chef Hama gives off OG 1990's Iron Chef vibes. I can not express how much I simply adore this.

I'm Japanese, but it was the first time I'd seen anything like it until Wagyu beef was served. Thank you for uploading the video about Wagyu!!
