Story : I washing my truck which needs to be fixed to make my new business run and as I am spraying water over the leaves the grime and junk I hear a voice in my pocket. I hate when my phone just opens apps. It was this video. I decided to keep listening and this is exactly what I needed to hear today. A calming feeling came over me and I said to myself this is exactly what I needed today. So today from that simple motivation of washing my truck has changed into a rush of new emotion and motivation for myself. By the way... I dont usually ever listen these things but this one is the only one I needed and it found me today...I didn't find it.

1. Start with one habbit that matters (consistent + repetition)
2. Don't break the chain (everyday repetition, small actions done consistently are more powerful than bursts of inspiration, everyday win builds trust)
1x a day
3.limit distraction and protect your focus
(You don't need more time you need better focus )
No phone nothing just work ,no multitasking
4.Take care of your health
(Exercise ,walk, healthy food , no sugar , junk food , no processed food )
5.Track small wins to win big confidence

I felt so drained and tired everday. I tried everything, preworkouts, youtube gurus, morning routines that nearly killed me. none of it hit. then i saw someone mention Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks in the comments and it literally changed my life. Following everything in that book past couple of weeks made me realize I was running on empty for YEARS. wish I knew about this years ago🔥

I just read "For several hundred years, "priority" was always singular — because by definition, you can only have one “first” thing." It wasn’t until the 20th century that the word “priorities” (plural) became commonly used. People began talking about having multiple top things — many "most important" tasks or goals. This change reflects a broader cultural shift toward multitasking, overcommitment, and trying to do everything at once. Then i listened to this. Having one priority at a time is the key to success! At least that is what is making complete sense to me. My one priority is my health. My daily focus is just moderate exercise daily, eating healthy food daily, that's it. Feels good to be focused and develop a habit that will serve me a life time
