Wishbone can actually cook when he’s making a game by himself.

I can’t explain how much I love Killer Junkyards visual design. The monster design is just so good. Great video I’d love to see more of this.

Was I the only one who thought that "Pick your poison" meant you got to choose what ever you want on the wheel?

Ollie’s game feels like that perfect indie Nintendo eShop game, something you download for a few bucks and can easily invest a weekend or so into.

In my opinion, Olly and Wishbone were the best contenders.
Olly’s game is extremely unique, and I loved the style of the cute usb platformer and the overall potential for more depth and gameplay.
Wishbone just felt amazing, like something you would find at the back of a store and find out it’s amazing. I love lore games, ones with deep atmospheres and hours of storytelling just waiting for you to uncover, and Vermin fitted the description perfectly. Not to mention I love the way he took the horror game aspect.

It would be cool if there was a losing bracket. Tell them the weakest part of their game, then let them compete against each other with that in mind for some redemption arc.

I feel like Ollie's game was totally slept on in favor of safer, more polished ones. I think especially in the earlier weeks, ambition should be considered a lot more in the voting process. Because sure, potato's game was well made and polished from the start, but that kind of game is always going to be a slam-dunk due to its simplicity. I think risk-taking and experimenting with new ideas and concepts should be encouraged more.

I really hope Ollie finishes his game. That's a really good idea and it can go extremely far, I hope he continues working on it and releases it- it can go very far! The finalists did an amazing job capitalizing on their chosen genre and game type, but Ollie's idea is the most unique and original out of the entire competition. It certainly deserves polish, additions and a release!

This was an incredibly fun competition!
I'm blown away at the caliber of games that were produced - it made my job as a judge insanely difficult.
Thanks for having me on!
