Classic TV wouldve needed many more people, big budgets and a way more invasive approach. Having this quality on YT is mental!

When you don't see Xander for a while you know he's doing something amazing, this time it was epic. Thank you Xander and Dylan for showing the Hadza way of life. While their life is hard I'm envious of it, they enjoy each other's company, all work together to look after the tribe and find happiness in their beautiful part of the world.

Maple syrup was the PERFECT choice! What a wonderful thing to try that relates to their way of life!!!

It’s wild seeing how far you’ve come—from solo camping trips in Canada to living with the Hadza in Tanzania. Same calm vibe, same storytelling, just on a whole new level.👏

@XanderBudnick, I spent 3 weeks with the Hadzabe back in 1987 and 4 weeks in 1991. Many of the elders you were with were the little children when I was there. They had many fully enclosed grass huts when I was there, than what they have now in your video. I wonder what happened to their huts?
Great video! It brings back many memories.

I used to live there. I grew up in that tribe. The translator is my Uncle. I've been living here in the states, Los Angeles for 17 years now. I own a production company and broker real estate. This brings back dear memories. Thanks for highlighting my village.

The only thing more remarkable than your storytelling is your technical ability with camera work, editing, and sound. This is National Geographic level documentary filmmaking. So proud of you man. And your brother is a talented person too, clearly.

26:59 I think that is the best attitude- leave it as you found it! But bring maple syrup! ❤️😎🏴

This is truly amazing! To go from a small channel, filming yourself in the Canadian wilderness, all the way to spending 5 days with a local tribe in Tanzania is truly inspiring. Thank you for you videos, Xander.

Loved this video Xander. I lived 10 years in Uganda and got to spend many times on adventures with indigenous people groups out in the African bush, learning from them how to hunt and gather from the land! The sense of community was always special and this video brought back some of those memories.

Wow this video was incredibly moving! Doesn’t get more pure than this. The scene laughing with the kids around the campfire healed my soul.
