Hey Stewart, a sound guy here, with a little tip. To avoid sub bass noise - impacts of your arms on the table, blowing into the mic letters P, B.. - apply a high-pass filter (low-cut) to your mic recording. Either hardware, or software in post. It should help a great deal! ☺️

Russia doesn't want pokrovsk by end of year, it is in their interests to drag this out for as long as possible because this encirclement is levying a far outweighed cost on Ukraine, not Russia. This is an attrition war, it is all about cost. Russia understands this, Ukraine does not. Russia therefore is going to continue at a constant rate of pressure just over what Ukraine can comfortably handle, with no particular timeline that drives them.
