I'm 64yrs old, I was healthy all my life until a few years ago and I feel ashamed of myself that I let low confidence and abuse steal my life to the point that just walking down the street made me so uncomfortable that I didn't live my life to the full and I became depressed with social anxiety etc and I've not left my house for the past ten years. I've just got a mobility scooter as I have heart & lung problems now and I think people will look at me going to the local shops so yes I'm so ashamed of myself but the young people in this video have blown me away with their strength of character and I want to tell them that I have the highest respect for them and that I love them. ♥️🇬🇧♥️Oh and that they've given me the courage to get out there, thank you to all of them. ♥️
