This looks so cool! What a project for one person! Fantastic work - on the video and on the Game Development/Steam Page! I will be downloading the Demo for sure and wish listing the game.👍

Congratulation for a demo releasing and such progress! Just a friendly reminder from a colleague :) : remove a licensed trade mark from a final game (Lays chips) ;)

Definitely keeping my eye on this, can't wait to play it! It looks right up my alley and it's even more impressive being a solo dev project.
I saw the bit about audio logs - I wouldn't mind assembling a small crew to provide some free voiceover for those, since that happens to be my wheelhouse. Mad respect for not using AI voices like some other projects tend to.

Didn't finished any System Shock, but liked them. Also liked dismemberment system in Dead Space and always wanted more depth from this series while ironically it get more and more shallow with each sequel. So I liked your concept! I'm glad there's a demo. Gonna try it today!

only a couple minutes into the video but i gotta say i'm really interested in this game!! wishlisting it immediately + sharing this video with some friends :D
also, i was surprised to see that it was only posted an hour ago and only had a single comment on it, i honestly wouldn't have been surprised if i saw that it had 200k+ likes. foreshadowing maybe?

Cool stuff, man!
I'm personally not into sci fi horror, but I'm still curious to see how the journey was. Gonna give this a watch.

I dunno if you're still reading comments, but a personal recommendation if you're looking for interesting enemy designs is the old Dead Space concept art, before the necromorphs were made more human. The one existing video of the proof-of-concept build made on an Original Xbox devkit is also neat (albeit hard to discern whats going on).

Hell yeah dude. Seems like a solid execution on the concept of system shock with deadspace dismemberment. I've thought for a while that there should be an immsim making use of dismemberment!
