Thinking of Haley silently driving during this whole thing is so hilarious

In reference to Ryan’s discipline, today he realized he forgot to run in PA and drove back to save the run streak.

"The Wheel of Doom is a character."
It's actually incredible how Ryan and his team have given what is basically a wooden box...a personality... Incredible!

I think one other thing is adding Haley to the series. It's like a TV show adding a new character you get to know and love. This has been such a fun series.

I think a key element to Ryan’s impact and success that’s not being mentioned as much (but Ryan touched on) is the wholesome family appeal. Families are so desperate for wholesome family content. Even kids shows and movies have gotten so edgy or political or (sexual TBH), and families are so tired of not being able to just sit down and enjoy something innocent and positive together. We have a 12 year old and a 7 year old and we all watch Ryan and Haley together, and we all love it so much. We all do Joyride runs and make slurping sounds with our coffee and I even almost have tears in my eyes talking about it. It’s been so uplifting, fun, and special. Our daughter also went through serious hospitalizations as a baby/toddler so our hearts are full watching this money being raised for St. Jude. All the big companies, regular people, and families all coming together for a good positive purpose. We’re here for it.

Please do a part 2 of this bad boy after they're finished. The Youtube nerd in me would love to know how they organised the bookings, logistics and even managing to make time for their relationship alongside 50 straight days of work.

Ryan taking a sip of his coffee without the slurp sound effect was jarring 😂

Ryan has such a talent for making YouTube feel "alive" in a way no one else can
Thank you for sharing this conversation with the world - it almost acts like a "Great Reset" for my brain, reshaping what I think is possible for the platform as whole 💙

This was also the perfect storm for Joyride. Because of the daily reminder for the last month, i will never walk into a 7/11 , CVS , or target and not think of Joyride when i want candy.

The music. His choice for music throughout. Its consistency. It’s catchy.
That makes his videos fire and memorable. The History Of Valentina for example, makes me want to get in my car, set my Waze and drive somewhere.
Very effective.

I don’t think we are Ryan’s target audience, but my husband and I are hooked on the series. We both work from home and watch the new videos on our lunch break together.

I like how wholesome the series is. There's so much garbage on YouTube. It's nice to just have normal people doing interesting things that I could do if I seriously wanted to.

"I know part of the reason it will work is cuz so few people are willing to try it" - this hit me hard... so few people will try it, because they're not sure it will work... 🤯5:42
