Interrogating a person who was black-out drunk the night before, imagine my surprise when he doesn't remember what he said to the 911 operator.

The son had said from the start he didnt go in the room. He said his mum was not responding, not I couldnt wake her up. He said he could hear the dog from the basement, and the dog was trying to get out, and he didnt know if she needed an ambulance, she just wasnt responding. He was the only one crying about his mum too

Terry really went straight home from the murder scene to claim that life insurance policy and got it no questions asked? that's wild

Seriously, none of what they said would make me think that he's 100% guilty. There is no physical evidence at all. This is the most ridiculous case ever

He didnt do it. Terry did. You cant leave your phone at home while committing murder??
How did he know to go to the house that early in the morning? Getting that life insurance right away, and the cops don't care? Way too many questions. They wanted to pin it on the drunk kid living in the basement right away.

I immediately know that someone didn't commit the crime when they are blurred out.

everything they thought were inconsistencies was misinterpreted. "she wasnt responsive" meaning she wasnt responding to him calling out her name. he hadnt made contact with his sister, meaning she hadnt answered him yet. he hadnt called 911 for 3 hours, but she was still warm. way too much circumstantial evidence for a conviction. im genuinely concerned.

Terry got cleared on his alibi??! Since when is a good alibi bein home alone nursing a "minor injury", an alibi? Cops love to NOT use those types as a good enough source! Who can verify Terry was home alone? And obviously he wasn't too hurt and could DRIVE and came straight to the ladies house! Like give me a break!!

That’s absolutely wild to call a life insurance company within minutes or hours of learning about your loved one’s death.

You can pinpoint the EXACT moment 27:21 when Neil learns of his mother's passing. There is no way he's faking it, if he is, give him an Oscar. That man did not lay a finger on his mother in my opinion.

The cops not wanting to go inside and check on her when the call was a welfare check, was very unprofessional. The one cop said “why do I have to go check”?

On the 911 call, he said “she’s not responding”, not that she’s not responsive. There’s a huge difference.

Somethings not right about this one. Can't say I'm confident about the outcome!

I'm not convinced that the son Neil is guilty.

Still weird how Terry knew of her death so quickly and claimed the money right away

Getting tired of hearing that Neil’s stories are “contradictory.” He SAID he called out to his mom & she wouldn’t answer. Hence, “unresponsive.” That word doesn’t mean he had to see or touch her 🤦🏻
