Good to know. I have been taking my Vit D and C with my magnesium at night, so I will switch those to lunchtime.

I don't produce cortisol and when I started into supplementation and learned the hard way that many supplements increase need for cortisol to accomplish the work they do. It took a couple of mistakes ( higher dose melatonin and intermittent fasting) to become careful. It finally dawned on me that all the info about what to do to lower cortisol were sources I could use to make safer choices for me but backwards. I do have insomnia and this info identified some things I will change about the times.

Waiting for your video on the recent study about high lead quantities in protein powders. Hopefully, there are some brands that don’t have it. I guess I could always go with all real animal food protein.

Synchronicity! Last night I took methylated vitamin B12 about an hour before retiring (I usually take it in the morning). I was still awake at 2:30 AM.

Never take nootropics before bed, or at all. Nor dark chocolate. I've stacked most things covered here plus more, and my Deep Sleep disappeared for six months. Zero Deep Sleep. Solution: frontload all stimuli early in the day or skip them, and put all antistimuli afternoon and evening. Have a morning stack, a midday and an evening stack. I've added in Glycine, magnesium 6-1, Lithium for sleep

"Fitness"... I love the information, and as I advance in age, I'm realizing more than every how my body seems to fluctuate with responses to my diet,my exercise intensity, and most importantly, my emotional stability. Expectations seem to cause more and more anxiety. It's overwhelming sometimes and especially when the results linger. All this science. The recovery. The nutrition. The math. Relationships ,rest.food etc etc...the minute you take a break,a vacation or wven a cheat day, my body seems to go right back to square one...especially in the belly. When do I just enjoy? Nobody wants to be unhealthy or sick and spending a lifetime dedicated to fitness with all that comes with it...am I really and truly healthy?

I had high dose VitD for the first time, took 1/2 in the am and 1/2 with supper. I noticed no difference in my sleep, but the morning dose amplified my coffee intake. I had lots of energy. I cranked it back after 3 weeks from 8000 to 4000 per day. I feel a tad calmer, but my sleep has returned to fitful. (Because I have a badhabit of drinking lots of water before bedtime and I end up waking up 3 times per night. When I was taking a high dose at night, I wasn't as thirsty.) I am a type II diabetic for past 8 or 9 years.

It’s insane how underrated book called Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution still is. Anyone serious about peak testosterone should’ve read this already.
