I've been doing 18:6 for about a year, I'm 47, i wasn't overweight, but had some excess, all of its gone, body in fantastic shape, high energy levels. Fasting is so easy to do and has so many benefits. One of his best quotes "eating might kill you, not eating won't kill you". Change your relationship with food, you won't regret it.

I'm 40, started fasting 2 months ago. What a life changing process! I feel great! No more inflammation pain in my joints and I lost 16lbs of straight fat (204 down to 188). My abs are starting to pop 💪. Some quick takeaways- 1. First week is the hardest. 2. Move up gradually with fasting. I started at 12, 16, 18, 20, eventually did a full 24 hrs like nothing. Im currently at an 18-6 hr fast (only 2 meals a day). High protein, low carbs, low fat. 3. Stay hydrated, and black tea or coffee (with no sugar) really helps curve cravings and keeps energy levels high. This doesn't break you fast. GIVE it a TRY, challenge yourself!

Been fasting for 10 years. I’m 46 & in the best shape of my life. Got a 6 pack & never ever had 6 pack ever before in my life. Don’t even work out besides doing construction & I’m shredded.

Very rare to see a doctor treating the condition as opposed to the symptoms

I've been doing one meal a day and fasting for about a month now and I've lost 14 pounds. From 240 to 226. I started after learning from this man. Cleaned up my diet and stay away from most processed food now.

There's an old saying in my country, translation would be something like: "Breakfast eat alone, share your lunch with your friend, give your dinner to your enemy." Benefits of a fasting was well known in old days. 🇷🇸

I’m 28, unfortunately have an autoimmune condition, a blood disease and a heart condition.
I stumbled across this doctor’s videos and his lectures. I have been in an 18:6 fast while doing keto for almost 90 days now. After numerous doctors and trying different remedies. This has by far made the biggest difference in my life. Less pain, less inflammation, consistent energy, lower bf%.

Dr J helped me lose 250 pounds. I’ve kept it off for 3 years. Fasting led to intermittent fasting led to keto, and Ive never looked back. Everything this man says is gold.

Fasting is the next level game changer in terms of health and physiology. You just don’t care about yourself enough if you’re not bothered for practicing fasting as you’re getting older.

Honestly I discovered the power of fasting by accident as a teenager. I was overweight, and it was making me depressed. One-day, out of depressed desperation I stopped eating breakfast and lunch, essentially putting myself through a fast. After a month, maybe two I noticed I had lost a lot of weight and I began to feel better about my body and my mental health improved. When I started eating normally again I found my appetite was much smaller and I didn't feel as much desire to stress eat. I now believe fully in the ability of a healthy fast to help reset a metabolism that is out of wack.

He is totally correct. I’ve been intermittent fasting for over 10 years now. Whenever I need to loose weight quickly, I just add 40 hr alternate day fasting to my daily fasting. Also, eating high protein with low carbs and healthy fats.

I started fasting because of dr. Eric Berg. I went from 300 to 180 in 6 months, just by water fasting. It feels great moving now!!
