I remember Pixel Gun 3D actually having a dedicated fan base. Now they barely have people that enjoy the game besides the players that are playing for the nostalgia aspect

I was a loyal player from 2014-2019. I had the special weapons like the big buddy all maxxed out. I quit during the second pixel pass after finishing the first, and was recently thinking of coming back. I realized they had monetized being able to get those special limited weapons, which was the nail in the coffin for me to not go back.

I used to play this game when I was 10 and I once convinced the server I was in that I was Markiplier and was recording a video. I then immediately left the game because I felt bad that these kids would now expect a Pixel Gun 3D video from Markiplier that won't happen. I also felt like I had committed a crime for impersonating someone in a mobile game.

Used to play this when just recently came out and kept going even after the game was at its prime. Left when they started to introduce battle- i mean, pixel pass. Tried to come back only to see how they monetized basically more than half the game. Sad to see the downfall.
