My favorite LTT format is: Alex has a bad idea. They are often things I have thought of myself and I really enjoy when you can explore something I can't afford to do myself for time or money reasons.

As a regular WAN show viewer I was skeptical of how much more “unfiltered” this would be but hearing Linus swear without his bleep button is throwing me for a loop 😂

Being in the same genre on YouTube, Linus has always been the GOAT. The fact he took insane risks to build such a huge team is what inspires me most to not be afraid of growing. Amazing interview guys, thank you for doing these.

Linus doesn’t get enough credit for how much of modern YouTube they pioneered. They took the hit of being first to commit to in-video ad spots. Fundamentally changed how YouTube works as a business

11:22 is a great example of Rule 7: Remember your audience. He know he's on a non-tech channel, so he immediately gives context of what a snapdragon CPU is direct to the audience so that they can understand the story.

1:40:11 "Oh, where'd you get this?"
Samir, with the cadence of a mobster: "Don't worry about it man"
LOL unexpectedly badass moment.

When Linus was explaining how to “plan for flow” and purposely spilled that water — that was brilliant

As someone that went to school for Journalism and Media Production, a very long time ago, everything Linus talks about and his 10 pillars are right out of Media production principles. It is refreshing to see this in the creator space.

Best part is Linus being stoked to have enough kids at the Christmas party to need a Santa. As a recent dad, this is awesome. Its also cool that I operate my own business about a 3 minute drive from LTT.

I've been subbed since 2013 when LTT had 100-200K Subs. At the time I ''needed'' a laptop for ''homework'' and vividly remember trying to convince my dad to buy me a Razer Blade after watching Linus' video.
I never got my Razer Blade 🤣

The old house videos are so nostalgic for me. I lived in a shit hole apartment , broken windows, no heat, no money for food or really anything to cook food with. I used to binge watch all their content like crazy to keep my head on straight and in a good mental state. I dreamed of having a nice pc and told myself I would have one at some point. Pulled myself out of that hole and now I own a house with a ridiculous setup that I throughly enjoy. I honestly kinda owe ltt my support for keeping my spirits up and giving me a kick in the ass to get my life together. Some people might not like Linus but to me he is a role model and I will continue to watch his content.
