I had hte same issue with the update. It would bet to the last step and error out. I am on a MacBook and installed the Assistant and the upgrade kept failing. I tried plugging in the power before the buttons to get to Load, but failed once more. I then tried doing the Load screen. Before plugging in the USB cable (the left port), I plugged in the Power cable at that pont. Then when I connected the USB, proceeded as usual. The last step took about 2 minutes (instead of 5 seconds), but I finally got it updated. I hope it helps someone

Why do you need to do the updates? What did those updates do?

It failed because during the upgrade process it said ‘Con AC” on the power 1000. At that point, connect the AC power to the device and it will continue the upgrade process. After connecting the AC power, the update on the device continued for another ten minutes or so.

Hi,i have a same version but it doesn't charging and when i plug in the cable in charging port there is a Err10 the pops on the screen..can you please tell me what i need to do to fix it.. thank you in advance...

If your Upgrade fails on the DJI Power 1000 display (after DJI assistant transfer is complete and tells you to "wait for the device to upgrade sucessfully!"). You most likely don't have the DJI power station plugged into the wall , If you get almost at the end of the upgrade step 6-4 or something and Fails, that's the problem.

Note for anyone that came in here looking for help with getting an update. I was frustrated that I couldn't get the word "LOAD" after pressing both the buttons. My display said LOC. In my case, the issue is, it will not go into the firmware load update mode unless the battery is at a minimum of 25%. Once I got to 26%, I was able to successfully complete update
